Advanced Treatment Overview

This treatment may be considered for patients with painful hip arthritis, hip AVN (avascular necrosis), severe joint damage or restricted hip movement when non-surgical treatment is no longer providing adequate relief.

Principle

This is a muscle-preserving approach in which hip replacement is performed with the goal of minimizing disruption to the muscles around the hip joint.

• Reduced surgical load and operative time in suitable cases
• Supports early post-operative mobilization, often within 24 hours of surgery when clinically appropriate
